I’m Laetitia Trosset, a dressage rider and trainer.
What sets me apart is my constant desire to keep learning, continue my education and deepen my understanding of horses, always questioning myself and my methods in order to become better for them.
My priority is not simply technique, but the relationship with the horse: building trust, connection and a genuine desire to work together.
To me, the horse should always remain a free, happy and connected partner, so that every exercise can become a game.
My ultimate goal? To create a true partnership where the horse chooses to dance with their rider, with pleasure, relaxation and trust.
Passionate about horses for as long as I can remember, they have been my true teachers since I was 13 years old.
To develop my skills, I travelled extensively throughout France and Europe, seeking out and learning from many experienced professionals.
The horses have taught me everything , not only technique, but also life itself.
I never initially chose teaching; it naturally became part of my journey through the many requests I received. My main focus remains the training and education of horses, with one fundamental goal: to help them understand, with kindness, clarity and fairness, what is being asked of them.
Whatever the discipline — liberty work, classical dressage, equestrian shows, working equitation or others — I always work from the belief that there are no bad horses, only methods that are not suited to the individual horse, or approaches that focus on immediate results rather than progressive learning.
Driven by a constant thirst for knowledge, I believe that a good teacher must always remain a lifelong student.
That is why I continue to travel throughout Europe to train with leading professionals, constantly challenging myself, questioning my methods and striving to improve.
Today, I am fully dedicated to my students and their horses, helping them progress whatever their level or discipline. This commitment means working with approximately 120 horses every month during clinics and travelling more than 4,000 km across France.
I would like to warmly thank everyone who puts their trust in me and with whom I have the pleasure of sharing this passion every day.

Laetitia Horse Training is a training centre dedicated to supporting professional riders and equestrian professionals in their development.
This project was born from my desire to take my work to a new level: offering not only lessons and clinics, but also comprehensive and diverse training programmes that explore areas that are sometimes still overlooked, such as mental preparation, posture, self-management and emotional awareness.
My goal is clear: to open minds, enrich existing practices and provide practical tools to help people progress with their horses, while also developing themselves as individuals.
To achieve this, I surround myself with a team of passionate professionals, chosen not only for their experience and expertise, but above all for their humanity, kindness and genuine desire to share their knowledge. For me, these qualities are what make teaching truly effective and meaningful.
As a trainer within Laetitia Horse Training, I wanted to respond to the growing demand for lessons and clinics by creating a true synergy: bringing together professionals from the same region who share the same values of learning and continuous improvement, so that they can then pass on their knowledge at competitions, within their own yards and to their students.
Here, every training programme is designed to be a rewarding experience, combining technical expertise, knowledge sharing and authenticity, with the aim of helping both riders and horses develop and reach their full potential.
